Reut USA created a team to learn about the Semiquincentennial and to offer the Jewish community strategies for using the Semiquincentennial for communal renewal.
In addition, our team is designing “Le’Chaim America,” which is a series of efforts designed to use the Semiquincentennial as an opportunity for communal renewal and to make a significant and distinct Jewish contribution to America’s celebrations.

A centerpiece of our plan is for American Jewry to make a significant and distinct Jewish and Israeli contribution to the celebrations by inspiring and supporting national and local activities by American Jewry of creating and delivering solutions for the needs of wounded veterans and people with disabilities primarily in rural areas and inner cities.
Furthermore, we plan to do so through collaborations with other communities, while highlighting Israeli contributions to such critical issues in America. Altogether, these activities will amount to a significant and distinct Jewish and Israeli contribution to the Semiquincentennial.
To implement this vision, TOM USA will create a playbook with different formats for different communities, age groups and institutions such as schools, camps, JCCs, Hillels, federations, etc. Beyond outlining different formats of activities, the Playbook will also streamline visual branding and messaging to create a unified framework story with many local manifestations.
In addition, TOM will overlap the 2026 Global Innovation Challenge - which is TOM’s annual design competition - to culminate on July 4, 2026. It will be framed around America’s Semiquincentennial, creating solutions for wounded veterans with the goal of having participation and contribution from every state.
To effectuate this vision across America, Reut USA plans to collaborate, cooperate and partner with:
